Florelia - An Intimate Spring Celebration
I have teamed up with Amie the Founder of Union and Katherine from the Grain Grocer to share our deep love of well being. We are combining this love and our own unique skills to bring you a mini retreat to celebrate the Goddesss of Flora and all things spring!
Flora was the goddess of spring, fertility and flowers. This retreat is set with that in mind and is the perfect way to spring into spring amongst friends. The retreat is open to anyone who wishes to put a spring in their step and no experience is necessary!
We will start the day with a heart opening Vinyasa style flow focused on the rebirthing of the body ready for springtime. Katherine will bring a colourful collection of plant based creations celebrating the locally grown delights of the new season. A refreshing floral feast to awaken the taste buds and enliven the spirit! A mostly raw, all vegan and gluten free picnic fit for the Goddess herself. Followed by a guided meditation and multi layered Sound Bath to attune us to the springtime vibes and rebirthing of the highest expression of ourselves.
It's gonna be really high vibe and a really intimate gathering. Just what we need to loo forward to on a snow day like today...
