What the word nourished means can be slightly different for all women but this foundational somatic course brings together some of the best and most impactful teachings and practices that I have introduced to the hundreds of women I have worked with. This collection of teachings and practices is a sacred act of nourishing our souls and replenishing our depleted spirits so we can tame our busy minds, rest easefully, be in a better relationship with our body and those around us.. When we tap into our body in this way, we tap into the life force that sustains us, connecting with our inner reserves of strength and resilience. Nourishing yourself in this way is not to be mistaken for bypassing - it is a vital lifeline for our souls, informed by neuroscience, that helps us build capacity to be with the natural ebbs and flows of life. It is a profound way of being that is a secret ingredient in the path to living well.

FAQ
Will I get to keep the materials?

Yes!
I struggle concentrating. Will the videos be long?
The videos are approximately 40-60 mins each and can be broken down and watched in any way that feels good to you! Those who work with Jo claim that even listening to her voice is regulating the nervous system.

​
I am new to somatic work - do I need experience?
No. We are all living beings and as such have access to the ability to live this way. The practices are so simple a 5 year old could do them. You are always encouraged to do them at your own pace.
I am experiencing a high level of trauma responses right now, is this course for me?
No. Anyone who is currently meeting a high level of trauma responses and is in crisis right now would best consider alternative forms of support. For the UK that would mean contacting your local NHS provider or charities like MIND.
