Join Nourished, a 4 week self paced Trauma-Informed foundational course in Embodied Resourcing:


This course is designed to give you practices for life to close the gap between what you have read and how you feel. And the course is self pace so you never need to feel behind.



What is resourcing?

Resourcing, my friends, is the key that unlocks the door to our well-being. It is a sacred act of nourishing our souls and replenishing our depleted spirits so we can tame our busy minds, rest easefully, be in a better relationship with our body and those around us.. When we resource ourselves, we tap into the life force that sustains us, connecting with our inner reserves of strength and resilience. Resourcing is not to be mistaken for bypassing - it is a vital lifeline for our souls, informed by neuroscience, that helps us build capacity to be with the natural ebbs and flows of life. It is a profound way of being that is a secret ingredient in the path to living well.

At times, the healing journey can be arduous and draining. Years of diving deep into your trauma, working through emotional wounds, and examining limiting beliefs may have taken their toll.

In fact, healing can be addictive. When we have known hardship, especially from an early age, focusing on what needs fixing can be a comfortable prison. It takes the risk away from living joyfully and living fully.

How it works

Each Wednesday from 2nd August - 30th August you will receive:


  • A video/s with teachings on this weeks theme

  • A blend of practices with audio meditations and worksheets to support your journey


Private Group to connect with others:


There will be a private group to ask questions and connect with other women in the course.


Practices to keep:


Healing is a lifelong journey and these tools are here as a foundation for you to build on and use again and again.




2 Free SuperMoon Attuned Somatic Sound bath Meditation


We start and end on the Super Moons in August and on the 1st and 30th of August you will receive a pre recorded Somatic Sound Meditation attuned to these powerful full moons. You also get to keep these 🙂


2 Bonus community calls


There will be 2 live, optional 60 minute community calls which will be for sharing, medicine circles and Q and A to help you deepen your practice.

The Journey

Week 1: Reconnecting with Your Inner Wisdom

  • Learn how to tap into your body's innate wisdom through the nervous system and develop a compassionate relationship with yourself.

  • Discover tools and techniques to access your inner resources and cultivate self-trust.

  • Explore practices to deepen your spiritual connection and find solace in your own divine essence.

Week 3: Opening up to the ‘Yes’

  • Rediscover your authentic self by unravelling the layers of conditioning and societal expectations.

  • Explore embodiment practices to reconnect with your body's innate wisdom and authentic expression.

  • Cultivate healthy boundaries and learn how to honour your needs and desires.

Week 2: Healing Emotional Wounds

  • Uncover why it can be so hard to orient towards joy when we have experienced trauma and why this often leads to ‘Healing Fatigue’

  • Explore embodiment practices that promote emotional regulation and resilience.

  • Cultivate self-compassion and develop a toolkit of practices to support yourself during challenging times.

Week 4: Cultivating Joy and Fulfilment

  • Embrace practices to cultivate a sense of aliveness in your daily life.

  • Create a personalised self-care plan to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

  • Harness the power of intention and live your life with clarity and purpose.


Will I get to keep the recordings?



I struggle concentrating. Will the videos be long?


Each week the video will be between approx 40-60 mins and can be broken down and watched in any way that feels good to you!



If the above is not affordable for you, please do reach out - depending on the take up I may have a small number of spaces for part scholarships.. These spaces will be prioritised for those who are unemployed, members of the BIPOC community and women who work supporting other women in a low paid sector.


Refunds and Cancellations


There is a no refund policy.


Will there be a VIP option for extra support?


There will not be an option for a VIP. I know this is commonplace in many programmes, but it does not align well for me. I will however make a little space for anyone wanting to book a one to one with me throughout the programme. These will be at the rate of £115 per session.


What extra support will there be?


There is a bonus Signal group for this initial launch only on platform away from Social Media where you can ask questions in-between.


What if I cannot make the live bonus classes?

These are optional and will also be recorded.

Will there be handouts?

Yes, the techniques and tools will be also given out in the form of handouts.
