As a Master Somatic Practitioner formally trained by Dr. Peter Levine, Dr Aline La Pierre, Sue Bell OBE and Dr. Abi Blakeslee, I bring rigorous knowledge and deep knowing that honours your body's innate wisdom while challenging the systems that created your pain.
 

I'm committed to decolonizing healing practices, influenced by the work of Resmaa Menakem, Jennifer Mullan, and  The 7 conditions of Focalizing as developed by Dr Michael Piccuci and now taught by me. 

 

I continue my own journey through regular somatic therapy, supervision living by the principle that you can only take your clients as deep as you are willing to go.

For over a decade, I have had the privilege of also spending several weeks every year with my own Elder and community, which deeply impacts my way of being.
