Symphony Sound Bath - Whitstable

There is something really special about receiving sound from a place of heart. There is something even more special when you get an opportunity to kick back and relax in the soothing vibes from two practitioners aligned with the same heart centred values. It's like an even bigger hug from sound! The evening will start with a guided meditation and a chance to drop into the now. We will then flow with sounds from both Maria and I's Alchemy Crystal Bowls. We will have some time for soulful integration before you head home and snuggle up.
