About the event
A gentle few hours including Jo's sharing of a somatic led meditaiton with a little free movemnet, followed by a gorgeous multi layered Sound Bath and a little poetry and words for the soul.
This is for those looking for some nourishment before the Christmas Season begins and a perfect way to wind down the decade.
We will end with a tea and a sweet treat amongst like hearted people.
