About the event
Halfway between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox is a beautiful time to witness what has gently been composting and listen to how we are beginning to unfurl and spring.
We will have some short Somatic Practices (gentle movement inquiry), with space to journal and reflect. Ending with a short meditation.
