Healing Harp Sound Bath - Canterbury Feb

In these Healing Harp Sound Baths we will set the conditions for a return back to a deeper yet lighter sense of self. The session will begin with an invitation to return to the body with a guided meditation. Shortly after Jo will play the custom made healing Harp which has been hand crafted in rich Redwood and tuned to frequencies to allow us to access joy, playfulness and alignment to high frequency light. All of this will be laying down with very little to do but 'be'. The session may sometimes include a little gentle movement or or breathwork to integrate. No meditation experience is necassary and everything is an invitation. However you show up you'll be welcomed.
