Found Your Now: Yin with Harp and Sound Bath Margate

Back by popular demand! We simply love the vibe in this session and can't wait to share with you again. This gets booked up early so take your spot in advance.....

These two hours are focused on bringing you back to the perfection of the here and now through a slow and mindful Yin practice accompanied by dreamy, energy led improvised harp played by Jo. We will then invite you to be still and dive deeper into the now with a nurturing sound bath. The sound bath will use Alchemy Crystal Bowls that are known for their very gentle and soothing sounds.

Every moment will allow the opportunity to sink into the beauty of ‘what is’. We will serve hot tea and healthy buzz balls as a toast to you, to us, to the moment. Join us.
