Expansion: A Deep Listening and Movement Workshop (1)

Sound is energy and it is carried in the minutiae of detail around us and within our bodies. What if we spent a little more time inviting deep listening into our lives? What could be revealed? How much could we expand our awareness? Jo Miller, Deep Listening and Sound Practitioner alongside Hannah Rzysko, Yoga Therapist invite you to explore just this in a tender afternoon of listening.

The afternoon will include meditations, a gentle yoga flow, a group deep listening activity and a sound bath to integrate and help you drop into the gentle tones of your body even further.

No experience is required and Hannah and Jo will be rounding off the afternoon with teas and an offering of sweet treats.
