Emotional Freedom Technique and Sound Bath - Ramsgate (Fully Booked)

I am really pleased to be offering this session up again by popular demand. The last session was just dreamy...really connecting and supportive. EFT with Diana is something that has supported me personally over the last couple of years and as a practitioner she is all heart. This is a great introduction to the technique and we will round the day off with a deep listening and cleansing sound bath.

Emotional Freedom Technique, known as EFT or ‘tapping’, is a powerful way to manage our emotions so they no longer control our lives. In this workshop you will learn the formula for successful tapping so you can use this technique at home for yourself and your loved ones. We will tap together in a group, enabling you to experience the transformative effects of this technique, borrowing benefits even when tapping on issues seemingly unrelated to your own.
