Midful wintering takes effort in a hyper capitalist culture. It really does. But our true nature needs this phase as much as the sun needs the moon.
We will explore some embodied movement, words and finish with a short sound mediation to ease us into this phase.
NOTE: As a one off I am holding this community event (for new and existing community) at a reuced rate of £11 versus the normal (circa 22-33) for an event of this type.
