About the event
We will meet at the side of the Lido (to the right as you look towards the sea). Starting with a Somatic (body led) listening meditation and then moving into the soothing sounds of the Healing Harp and / or Alchemy Crystal Bowls. We may end with some gentle breathwork or movement.
Please bring with you a mat, somethign to cover your eyes and perhaps a blanket.
